You know it’s going to be a good day when you start your morning with this:

I picked up the lemon tart at Petite Thuet. Perfect amount of pucker for the filling, nice and soft, glossy meringue, and a well-prepared short pastry crust that was just the right thickness. I made the cappuccino at home. On this day I used Intelligentsia’s Black Cat espresso blend.

Does anything else really need to be said?

    I’m not buying the foam art movement man. Just..not going there.

    The tart looked pretty yummy however.

    I’m waiting for WildWing to open up! Finally good food out here!
